“On behalf of the NAVAIR Weapons Division and the U.S. Navy, I want to thank [Cardno] TEC for your support of the Point Mugu Sea Range Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).  From 2000 to its recent completion, [Cardno]TEC has performed much of the project management and all the actual writing of this very difficult, lengthy, and complex EIS. The Point Mugu Sea Range EIS is widely viewed as one of the best Environmental Impact Statements ever produced by the Navy and serves as the model for range wide EISs.”

“I have had the pleasure to work with [Cardno] TEC on several projects, both at Nellis AFB and the Nevada Test and Training Range.  Without question, the deliverables they provide are of the highest caliber. From data collection, coordinating and assisting in public meetings, bio and cultural surveys, technical analysis and writing, and graphic capabilities their work is on time, within budget, and most importantly meets the AF needs in complying with federal requirements. The [Cardno] TEC staff has always made itself available should I need their assistance, and revisions/changes are accomplished in a timely and professional manner.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and in fact have done so on several occasions.  They are truly experts in their field.  In an area where many dabble in and say they are capable of accomplishing a project, few are truly capable of putting together an accurate, quality, legally defensible document which meets ACC standards.  [Cardno] TEC is one of those rare few!”
